When you use our free printing service, we collect :

      • Your email address: required to identify your request and provide you with your printed documents at the pickup point
      • The PDF files you send us: to process the printing

    Why do we collect this data?

        • To identify your order and provide you with the correct documents at pickup
        • To manage the free printing quota per user (to ensure fair access for all students)
        • To ensure the proper functioning of our service

      Cookies

      Our website only uses WordPress technical cookies, strictly necessary for the site to function. These cookies do not collect personal data for commercial or tracking purposes.

      Advertising content

      Our service is funded by advertisements from local businesses that appear on your printed documents. These ads are not personalized, and we do not share your personal data with our advertisers.

      How long do we keep your data?

          • Email addresses and PDF files: stored for 30 days after printing, then automatically deleted

        Where is your data hosted?

        Your data is hosted by OVH, a European hosting provider located in France, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

        Your rights regarding your personal data

            • Right to rectification: you can request the correction of inaccurate data

            Security of your data

            We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

            Intellectual property and responsibility for printed content

            Pappaye provides a technical printing service.
            The user is solely responsible for the content of the documents they upload and print.
            Pappaye:

              • Does not perform any prior review of the files submitted 
              • Claims no copyright over the printed content
              • Cannot be held liable for copyright infringement, or for the distribution of illegal, defamatory, or protected content.
            The user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to print the submitted documents.
            In the case of clearly illegal content being reported, Pappaye reserves the right to suspend access to the service.
             

            General limitation of liability

            Pappaye acts as a technical intermediary.
            Pappaye cannot be held liable for : 
            • The use of printed documents
            • The nature of the content submitted
            • Any potential infringements of third-party rights.

            We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
